All the little details

Our policies are set to protect you as a customer and also to protect us as the seller.  

Cancellations:

Once the order is placed we do not accept cancellations.  Each item we make is hand-crafted and as soon as your order is placed, we start ordering our supplies in order to get your order out to you quickly.  In order to be able to ship quickly we need to maintain this policy.

Returns/Refunds:

Again due to the fact that each item is custom made just for you at the time of order; we  do not accept returns or offer refunds.  We would not be able to resell any item since it is made just for you as you have requested.

Damage during shipping:

We do take great care to ship all of our items with tender care.  However, sometimes issues do arrive during shipping.  If you have a problem with your item when you receive it, please contact us.  Our normal policy is to ask you to send us a picture of the item.  If the item did not arrive in the condition it should have, we will work with you to replace the item with a new one.

Customer Satisfaction:

We always strive to create a “wow” factor when you open your package from us.  If you do have a problem with your order please contact us so we can look at making it right for you.
